RETURNS AND DELIVERY
Most items are posted out within 2-5 working days of receiving U.K orders, however just to cover any unusual events we would kindly ask to allow a maximum of 14 working days to receive your item(s) particularly around holiday periods.
For orders placed outside of the U.K parcels will be posted out as per U.K the U.K timescale, normally within 2-5 working days but up to a maximum of 14.
If you decide you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item(s) to return them for a full refund.
Please return your item(s) with all the original contents of your received package including any labels and swing tickets included. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable. Please ensure all swimwear and trousers are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove any hygiene seals.
Please ensure that all items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in a fully re-sellable condition before returning. We regret that any items returned which do not meet this criteria will be automatically returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

Please note GLAMOURFOXX.COMdo not cover postage costs, or any charges incurred via overseas couriers or custom laws.
To cover against loss we highly recommend you send all returns using a tracked or signed for service as we can only refund items once received. You will need this tracking information should the event of a dispute arise!
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of receiving your cleared item. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period in the aforementioned condition.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
